SWITCH Your Subscription
If you have been taking D-mannose for an active UTI and are now 100% UTI symptom FREE, you might consider switching to our Cranberry Plus program. 1 capsule a day will keep the bacteria away.
To Switch your subscription plan, click on the bar below. If you need help, we have outlined the steps below that you will take.
Step 1: Provide your email address
Please provide the email address you used to create the subscription. If you are unsure which one you may have used, look at the invoice emails we send each month and use that email address.
Click the green “Continue” button
IMPORTANT!
Your one-time password to access your management portal will expire after 5 minutes! Please have your email open before starting.
If the one-time password expires, no worries! You can click the “Resend one time password” link.
Step 2: Check your email inbox
We will send an email just like this from “Beth Kellam" (Our Founder) with the subject line: “Your One-Time Password (OTP)
Please copy this password and return to the window where you entered your email address.
Remember, your one time password will expire after 5 minutes.
IMPORTANT!
Do not close the webpage window you used to enter your email address.
Step 3: Enter your One Time Password
Return to the window where you entered your email address and paste or type your password.
Click the green “Login” button.
If the password has expired, just click the “Resend the one time password” link and we will send you another!
Step 4: Select your subscription
Once you are logged in, please click on the name of the subscription program at the top of the page in order to SWITCH it.
If you have more than one active subscription, you will need to select and pause each subscription.
Step 5: Change your plan
On this screen, you will see the your current subscription plan on the top of the page in green
If you would like to change your plan, click the other plan. The newly selected plan will turn green.
Step 6: Update your new plan
Now that the new plan is selected, the screen will show the following:
- The new monthly price of the plan
- The name and description of the new plan
- The date when the new charge will be applied and the order will be shipped.
To complete the switch, click on the green "Update Subscription" button.
Step 7: Confirm your Switch was applied
Once complete you will see your new plan applied on the "Subscription Details" screen.
You're all done. We will ship your new product when your next renewal date occurs.
