Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, notify us in writing within 30 days by email at info@goodbye-uti.com or by mail at: Goodbye UTI, 2119 South 1200 West, Suite 102, Woods Cross, Utah 84087.

Return Conditions

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Items must be returned to the address above. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive the item.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable and returned to us by USPS, a refund will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received back at our warehouse. The 15% restocking fee will apply.
