CANCEL Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription, we are sad to see you go.

Before you do, please consider the following:

You can PAUSE your subscription for several months, which will allow you to keep the same low price and no shipping fee. As you may know, both the cost and shipping have increased on non-subscription purchases in 2022. Just click on the "View other Management Options" link below to Pause.

If you feel our product is not working for you, or there has been any difficulty with receiving your orders, please CLICK HERE and let our wonderful customer service department know. We will work very hard to make sure you have a great experience as a Goodbye UTI Customer.

Please review the following steps below and then click the “Manage Your Subscription” button to PAUSE your subscription:


Step 1: Provide your email address

Please provide the email address you used to create the subscription. If you are unsure which one you may have used, look at the invoice emails we send each month and use that email address.

Click the green “Continue” button

Your one-time password to access your management portal will expire after 5 minutes!  Please have your email open before starting.

If the one-time password  expires, no worries! You can click the “Resend one time password” link.

Step 2: Check your email inbox 

We will send an email just like this from “Beth Kellam" (Our Founder) with the subject line:“Your One Time Password (OTP)

Please copy this password and return to the window where you entered your email address.

Remember, your one time password will expire after 5 minutes.

Do not close the webpage window you used you enter your email address.  

Step 3: Enter your One Time Password

Return to the window where you entered your email address and paste or type your password.

Click the green “Login” button.

If the passcode has expired, just click the “Resend the one time password” link and we will send you another!

Step 4: Select your subscription

Once you are logged in, please click on the name of the subscription program at the top of the page in order to CANCEL it. If you have more than one active subscription, you will need to select and cancel each subscription.

Step 5: Select “Cancel Subscription”

There will be a set of links below your shipping address. Select the link called “Cancel Subscription”

Step 6: Please, let us know why you are canceling.

Your feedback is priceless. Please take a moment to let us know why you are no longer interested in out UTI prevention program.

Step 7: Confirm your Subscription has been canceled

Once complete you will see an orange bar across the top of the Subscription Details screen confirming that your subscription has been canceled.

If you change your mind, you may click the reactivate subscription link.
