PAUSE Your Subscription
Will you be traveling soon? Do you have some extra product left from previous months? If yes, you may pause your subscription and resume anytime within the next 90 days.
To pause your subscription, click on the bar below. If you need help, we have outlined the steps below that you will take.
Step 1: Provide your email address
Please provide the email address you used to create the subscription. If you are unsure which one you may have used, look at the invoice emails we send each month and use that email address.
Click the green “Continue” button
Your one-time password to access your management portal will expire after 5 minutes! Please have your email open before starting.
If the one-time password expires, no worries! You can click the “Resend one time password” link.
Step 2: Check your email inbox
We will send an email just like this from “Beth Kellam" (Our Founder) with the subject line: “Your One-Time Password (OTP)
Please copy this password and return to the window where you entered your email address.
Remember, your one time password will expire after 5 minutes.
Do not close the webpage window you used you enter your email address.
Step 3: Enter your One Time Password
Return to the window where you entered your email address and paste or type your password.
Click the green “Login” button.
If the passcode has expired, just click the “Resend the one time password” link and we will send you another!
Step 4: Select your subscription
Once you are logged in, please click on the name of the subscription program at the top of the page in order to PAUSE it. If you have more than one active subscription, you will need to select and pause each subscription.
Step 5: Select “Pause Subscription”
There will be a set of links below your shipping address. Select the link called “Pause Subscription”
Step 6: Choose how long to Pause
You may choose any pause option from 7 days to 90 days. Once you have selected the option, we will suspend your shipments for the length selected. Once this time has passed, your subscription will automatically resume.
Click the green “Pause Subscription” button
Your Subscription will resume on the day the pause has ended and will begin repeating each month on the same day.
We will also send you an email 5 days before your subscription will resume, return to the management portal to continue the pause for longer if you need.
Step 7: Confirm your Pause request
Once complete you will see a green bar on the top of the "Subscription Details" screen with details of when your subscription will resume..
